Congratulations to the Mustangs’ speech team on a great day at the Minden Speech Meet. They placed fourth as a team in the Novice Division. Izzy Whitten and Graham Karr each earned the championship title in their individual events. Whitten won Persuasive, and Karr won Extemporaneous. For group events, the OID composed of Whitten, Karr, Araya Gomez, Ava Sorensen, and Alivia Pankoke placed 5th. For duets, Gomez and Sorensen placed 4th, and Aleigha Mankhey and Pankoke placed 5th.
