The Mustang Men traveled to Kenesaw for their first subdistrict game against the Blue Hill Bobcats. It was a tough loss for the Mustangs with a final score of 59-27. Losing this game brought the Mustang Men’s season to an end. They have improved greatly this basketball season. When asked how the team has become better as a whole from the first game to the last game, sophomore Keaton Karr said, “I believe that we have gained more confidence in our teammates and we have played more as a team than in the beginning of the season. We also have really improved on our ball movement.”
Quinn Rosno scored the most points for the Mustangs, earning them a total of 12 points. The team pulled down a total of 11 rebounds with Brock Karr leading the team with 4. The team made 7 out of 10 free throws. Overall, the Mustangs had a long night playing their hardest as a team. The team is sad to see the seniors go but they look forward to next year’s season.
